I’m really happy that it’s the end of the year but I’m going to miss everyone a lot. I’m really excited for summer and I’m happy that I’ll be in high school next year but I know that I won’t get to see a lot of my friends from this school. I think that it’s going to be hard to say good bye on Tuesday and I know that I’m going to cry at graduation. I think that this year went by really fast and we had a pretty good year together, even though sometimes we had a lot of drama. We all used to be really close and we still are but now that we’re getting closer to the end I think everyone is ready to leave. I think we’re all getting ready to leave and go onto high school. All there is to say now is I’m going to miss everyone and good luck next year!

We had so much fun at the Dells yesturday! It was a little cool outside when we first got there but after a while it warmed up. The 2 best things we did there was go on Hades and we went on the “big swing.” Hades was so much fun because it had a huge drop and then it went underneath the parking lot to a different track that was all the way on the opposite side of the parking lot! It was so fast too! I would have rode on it more than once but the line was too long. The giant swing was really scary but fun. It had 4 seats to facing one way and 2 facing the other way. All it did was swing back and forth really fast but it got really high too! It got so high that it was almost all the way upside down. I was really scared but after awhile I just started to laugh because while it was going my head band flew off and landed underneath this little kid ride! It didn’t really matter because I got it back! It was so much fun, I wish we could go back!

I can’t wait until Tueday because we’re going to the Dells with our class. It will be fun just to walk around with friends and go swimming and on all the rides. It will be fun, my brother is coming with us too, so I’ll have a group to walk around with, with him. We’re going to be there practically the whole day and we get to go on the rollercoasters, go carts, and we can go swimming if we want. It will be our last field trip with our entire class, the next one we go on we’ll be Freshman! I think that, that is really exciting. I can’t wait until Tuesday!

Even though I don’t have a best school experience I have things that I’ve liked a lot. The thing I liked the best about coming to school all these years was getting to know all my classmates. Even though I haven’t really hung out with a lot of them it still has been fun getting to know them. Another thing I really liked about school was ropes course because that made us all become friends by building up our trust with each other. Also by doing ropes course we learned much more about each other.

I’m really looking forward to our 8th grade graduation but then again I’m really sad about it. Last year everyone got really close with us doing ropes course. Even though we all have different personalities we can get along and learn more about each other. I know that in 2 weeks we will be official high school students, and that’s exciting, but I know that it’s going to be very sad. The thing I find the hardest to think about, about next year is that I know that I won’t keep in touch with a lot of people. I know that I’ll keep in touch with a lot of my good friends but I don’t know about the other people. I think that going to the Dells will bring us closer because it will be our last big thing together. It will be fun just to hang out with each other and just joke around. Im going to miss everyone very much!

This weekend was really crazy. On Friday I didn’t come to school because I had to drive to Indianapolis with my mom, her friend, her friend’s parents, and my brother. It was crazy because it was supposed to take us 5 hours but took us almost 9 to get there because the traffic was all backed up. We were driving like 20 miles per hour. The worst part about it was that there was 2 people from the ages 60-70 and all they did was complain. It got really annoying because we were going to their grandsons graduation. But it was still fun to go somewhere for the weekend.

My best experience at an amusement park was about 2 years ago. I went to Great America with my sister, brother in law, my brother, and my cousin. It was nice to go with my cousin because I never get to see him. We had a lot of fun, we went on all the roller coasters except one [because it wasn't working.] We stayed there from the time it opened to the time it closed, so when we left everyone was really tired. Even though we were so tired, it was the best time I had at an amusement park.

I’m so excited that we only have 22 days [including weekends] left until graduation! I’m really happy that it’s almost the end of the year but I’m still sad that I’ll have to leave a lot of people. I know that there are several people that I’ll keep in touch with but I also know that I might never see a lot of people again. Even though leaving this school is going to be sad I’m really looking forward to summer!

On Friday the dance was so much fun. They played a song that was just for the 8th graders, it was sad since it was our last dance, with just the 8th graders. Then on Saturday I went to my friend’s birthday party. It was fun because I went there with my friend, and there was a lot of people from my class and grade there. After that me and my friend went to Target. On Sunday, I helped my mom set stuff up for my cousin’s graduation party. It was a lot of fun because I got to play with their 2 dogs. It was even more fun when everyone got there!

I am very excited for this weekend even though it’s going to be very busy. Tonight (Friday) is our middle school dance. It will be a lot of fun since it will be the 8th graders last dance at this school. Then tomarrow I’m going to one of my friend’s birthday party, it will be fun because a lot of people from my grade will be there. Then last, on Sunday I’m going to my older cousins graduation. She’s graduating from college so it will be exciting. After that, on the same day, we’re going to my Aunt’s house for a party for my cousin. I have so much stuff to do this weekend, I probably won’t even have time for myself!
